We advise that payments be made in advance at the lodge by your relatives or friends on your behalf. We discourage payments to be made on arrival, if you want to make a transfer into our NOSTRO account we can provide you with the details upon request.

Note: you will have to arrange you own utensils with your family before you check in, also payments can be made by your family for 8 days plus a deposit refundable of 2 days while you are waiting for your results.

In case you need some groceries we encourage you to communicate with your family members to deliver them at the security gate and they will be given to your family members during the course of the day by a nurse on duty, but however we also offer such services at a cost.

Once you check in you are not allowed to leave the premises until your results are out on day 8 or 9 , any you require you send an email or a what’s app, or you can communicate with your nurse when she / he is coming for your temperature test etc.

Laundry services will be done at an extra cost depending on the quantity of your clothes.

Standard Cancellation policy

Cancellation of booking within 72 hours: 30% of reservation charge
Cancellation of booking within 48 hours: 60% of reservation charge
Cancellation of booking within 24 hours: Full reservation charge
In case of no show: your entire stay will be charged
